AmeriGlobe's patented 'Perma' Liner® eliminates problems
generally associated with
lined bulk bags. Loose liners can cause two
Loose liners are often pulled into the bulk bag during filling, thereby
reducing the amount of product
you can get into the bulk bag by leaving
empty space. This empty space allows the bulk bag
to slump and bulge.
When a bulk bag is discharged, the friction of the product pulls
the liner out of the bulk bag.
A typical bulk bag can have six feet of liner
hanging out after it has been emptied. The
liner can then get caught
in your customer's discharging equipment, causing expensive
Liner® eliminates both of these problems by anchoring the liner
in the bulk bag
with one or two 360° glue lines around the body of
the bulk bag. These glue lines give
you and your customers another advantage,
contamination protection. Any contaminants
that happen to get in-between
the bulk bag and liner will be caught by the glue lines.
Glue lines act
as a safety net protecting your customer's product and equipment.
