AmeriGlobe's patented 'Perma' Liner® eliminates problems generally associated with lined bulk bags. Loose liners cause two problems:

First:
Loose liners are pulled into the bulk bag during filling, thereby reducing the amount of product you can get into the bag by leaving empty space. This empty space allows the bag to slump and bulge.

Second:
When a bulk bag is discharged, the friction of the product pulls the liner out of the bag. A typical bag can have six feet of liner hanging out after it has been emptied. The liner can then get caught in your customer's discharging equipment, causing expensive damage and contamination.

The 'Perma' Liner® eliminates both of these problems by anchoring the liner in the bag with one or two 360° glue lines around the body of the bag. These glue lines give you and your customers another advantage, contamination protection. Any contaminants that happen to get in-between the bag and liner will be caught by the glue lines. Glue lines act as a safety net protecting your customer's product and equipment.
