In order for an offshore plant to qualify to make products for AmeriGlobe, they must first meet our rigid criteria for quality, safety and repeatability.

We work with our foreign partners to ensure a seamless transition to our customers. As an example, this means that our partners allow us to teach their teams new sewing methods to meet our US standards or we work with them to improve efficiencies. Our certification process is one of the toughest in the industry due to our own in-house and independent lab testing of their raw materials as well as completed products, the detailed specifications and our very exacting Inspection System. Our Vice President of Foreign Operations tours our foreign plants on a regular basis to conduct random audits to uphold the rigor of the system.

By completing this system, we make it easier and less expensive for every producer in the world to provide product to us; therefore, lowering the cost to the customer while ensuring the best package possible.

When the bulk bags reach the US ports they recieve the benefit of our C-TPAT certification which allows them to move more easily and securely through Customs.
